📋 Description

• Build scalable, high-performance e-commerce solutions on the Shopify platform • Collaborate with project owners, solution architects, QA teams, and technical leads to deliver solutions within client timelines and budgets • Design and implement backend solutions following Shopify best practices • Write scalable, secure, and high-performing Shopify code • Participate in story refinement, requirements analysis, and technical solution design • Develop solutions based on user stories and technical requirements • Work with Shopify GraphQL, REST, third-party APIs, and integrations • Develop and maintain integrations between Shopify and external systems and services • Work with Shopify webhooks and event-driven integrations • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the development lifecycle • Create technical designs, documentation, and prototypes • Apply secure development practices and established coding and architectural standards • Identify and address architecture, performance, code quality, integration, and process issues • Collaborate on technical improvements proposed by architects and technical leaders • Troubleshoot and debug backend issues across Shopify applications, integrations, APIs, and production environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with backend or full-stack technologies • Strong experience in Shopify backend development • Proficiency in JavaScript, Liquid, and Node.js • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus • Experience with Shopify Functions and Checkout Extensibility • Experience with Shopify Admin API and Storefront API • Strong experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs • Experience developing and consuming third-party APIs and integrations • Knowledge of Shopify webhooks and event-driven integrations • Knowledge of Shopify products, collections, orders, customers, metafields, and metaobjects • Knowledge of Git and source control management • Experience with npm, Webpack, and Gulp • Understanding of Core Web Vitals and web performance best practices • Basic understanding of technical SEO principles • Experience with responsive web development and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience working in Scrum environments • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Advanced English level
