📋 Description
• ensuring the delivery of service to both external and internal customers • identify, analyze and conduct investigations of client transactions through credit cards and debit cards • mitigate fraud losses to CIBC clients • resolve all complex or difficult problems relating to Fraud Applications • collaborate with internal teams to effectively investigate and resolve different types of fraud
🎯 Requirements
• experience in COINS/ECIF, PRM, TSYS and CRS is an asset • fluent in French and English
