📋 Description

• Administer and maintain web systems developed in-house as well as third-party market systems, ensuring availability, stability, and performance. • Act as the primary technical support contact for users, performing triage, diagnosis, and resolution of mid-level incidents. • Elicit functional and technical requirements with business areas, map processes, and propose improvements and technology solutions. • Manage the IT request lifecycle, from functional specification through acceptance testing and deployment of solutions. • Coordinate with technology vendors and partners, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality. • Conduct technical and functional feasibility analyses for new requests and projects. • Responsible for creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation, and supporting communication and training for system and feature adoption. • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure adherence to best practices and information security.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree in Software Engineering or related areas is desirable. • Programming in Python, including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). • Knowledge of web frameworks for APIs and applications (Django, FastAPI, Flask). • Experience with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. • Knowledge of data processing and automation using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn. • Familiarity with DevOps concepts, using Git/GitHub and containerization with Docker. • Experience participating in requirements analysis, working with consulting firms on projects, validating automations, ETL processes, and data and artificial intelligence initiatives. • Software quality assurance through unit and integration testing.
