📋 Description

• Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects (discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, deployment). • Work directly with clients to understand user and system requirements and identify required enhancements or customizations. • Document business processes, business requirements, and functional specifications. • Configure and implement Business Central applications in customer environments. • Manage client expectations, guide the project team, and ensure excellent customer experience. • Provide functional support throughout the full project lifecycle. • Collaborate with developers on solution design, development, and testing. • Conduct functional testing and validate delivered solutions. • Prepare user documentation and support users during training and go‑live.

🎯 Requirements

• Upper‑intermediate or higher level of English. • Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing work centers vs. machine centers, routings, capacity, shifts, production orders and manufacturing flow, and planning worksheets (MRP/MSP concepts). • Advanced warehousing knowledge such as bins, picks, put-aways, movements, inventory flows, drop shipments, etc. • End-to-end implementation experience • Knowledge working with Insight Works • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or implementation environment. • Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into functional requirements. • Experience working in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment. • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. • Previous experience with Dynamics NAV (Nice to Have) • Knowledge of Spanish language (Nice to Have)
