📋 Description

• Assist with pre-sales activities, including delivering presentations to small/medium-sized customers and large enterprises • Support the organization of company initiatives such as webinars, trade show preparation, marketing launches, etc. • Support post-sales activities, including, but not limited to, customer onboarding, technical and consultative support, and general account and relationship management • Develop a strong understanding of clients' business needs and objectives • Strategically pursue new account growth opportunities with existing clients by building credibility and aligning Optitex products with customer needs • Ensure products and services are delivered to the customer's satisfaction, on time, within scope, and within budget • Assist in preparing presentations, RFIs, RFPs, etc. • Communicate the progress of customer implementations to internal and external stakeholders • Perform periodic quality control tests to ensure solutions meet quality standards • Actively solicit and follow up on customer feedback regarding implementations and services • Represent the voice of the customer in product, service, and workflow design • Achieve and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full range of software and services offered • Help customers achieve their goals by enabling them to use our solutions and services to their full potential

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in automotive trim design and development or a similar area, with broad knowledge of modeling and related processes • Experience with 2D/3D modeling software (Gerber, Lectra, etc.) • Experience with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop for fashion and textile design • Knowledge of CAD/CAM design software (Nedgraphics, Kaledo, etc.) is a plus • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Quick learner, comfortable working with a wide range of software • Help Desk / Technical Support experience with strong problem-solving skills • Remote work with possible travel requirements • Fluent Portuguese and Spanish required; English is an additional advantage
