📋 Description

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand unique job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals • Review and post attractive job adverts on specialized job boards • Review and process applications across all platforms in a timely manner • Use online platforms, social media, networking, mobile campaigns, email campaigns, cold calling, recruitment marketing, and other sourcing methods to identify and attract specialized candidates • Cultivate and grow talent communities for current and future hiring needs • Engage potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels • Conduct and present regular market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability • Pre-screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team • Share market and candidate insights with business hiring groups and consult on sourcing and hiring strategies • Promote the employer brand and career growth opportunities to potential candidates • Maintain accurate candidate interaction and sourcing records using applicant tracking systems and other tools • Stay current with industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques • Foster diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from diverse backgrounds and underrepresented groups • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma required • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any related field preferred • 3 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required • Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a certain industry, industries, or markets required • Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques, such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong research and market analysis skills • Ability to handle candidate data accurately, confidentially, and in compliance with data protection regulations • Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, meet deadlines, and handle niche recruitment requirements • Ability to address sourcing challenges creatively and find innovative solutions • Continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies • Strong focus on achieving sourcing targets • Hungarian and English language required • Any other foreign language is a plus
