📋 Description

• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. • Liaise with customers across various revenue streams to send invoices and follow-ups. • Responsible for an account with expertise in Accounts Receivable, accruals & recons. • Work cross-functionally to ensure appropriate revenue recognition, accrual, and amortization of expenses. • Perform account analysis and complex reconciliations. • Independently identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities. • Support variance analysis and ad-hoc financial reports as needed. • Active involvement in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process. • Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for cost savings.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of general accounting experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance required • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Knowledge and understanding of US GAAP • Experience with Accounts Receivable processes is a PLUS • CPA designation is a PLUS • Experience with NetSuite is a PLUS • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
