📋 Description

• Manage a team of Project Managers at various skill levels • Utilize Cint’s proprietary software to create and manage research surveys related to advertising effectiveness or professional services • Act as the first point of escalation for team members regarding platform issues, client concerns, and impactful project-scope changes • Develop understanding of the Market Research and Digital Advertising industries and how Cint’s technology solves challenges • Support the team in managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality with little to no supervision • Compile and extract data from proprietary software, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and other sources for internal and external clients • Coordinate with Sales Directors, Account Management, Product, and Finance for seamless project execution and product development • Work independently with effective time management • Develop relationships with external client personnel, anticipate client needs, and provide high levels of customer service within client budgets • Recommend solutions and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget • Coach and develop team members, lead strategic projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and diversify the coverage portfolio • Participate in rotational shifts to support 24×7 customer coverage

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree • Minimum 8 years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines • Minimum 5 years of experience managing, growing, and scaling teams • Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Strong work ethic with a self-motivated mindset and drive to achieve goals • Detail-oriented, self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and concepts • An innate sense of accountability, ability to provide proactive and thoughtful feedback • Top quality ability in written and oral communication in English; additional languages are highly beneficial • Knowledge of the online market research ecosystem • Knowledge of programmatic sampling • Survey design experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc. • Market Research coursework or experience • Microsoft Excel certification • Statistical knowledge or working knowledge of SPSS, STATA, SAS
