• Become an expert with lead generation tools to build targeted prospect lists • Proactively prospect freemium accounts with relevant, human touches • Qualify prospects using targeted, relevant questions; nurture them and understand needs prior to an initial sales meeting • Schedule discovery calls for our Customer Success Team and consistently meet/exceed monthly quotas for attended discovery calls • Execute multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social) using a sales development platform • Counter top‑of‑funnel objections gracefully—demonstrating excellent interpersonal and technical skills • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Account Executives to build and execute account communication plans • Coordinate demos with Sales Engineering and log all activities in Salesforce • Conduct thorough research and mine our existing database to build monthly call lists • Close sales by educating prospects on our product value and guiding them through the buying process
• Proven sales experience in a similar role with a strong track record • 0–1 years of telemarketing experience, preferably in IT Enterprise Software • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed team • Strong, professional communication skills in English—written and verbal—with great listening skills • Demonstrated ability to achieve daily sales metrics • Ability to deliver engaging presentations (virtual and phone) • Drive, grit, team‑orientation—a strong desire to compete and win • High integrity and perseverance—you follow through • An athlete mindset: coachable, goal‑oriented, and resilient
