📋 Description
• Own and manage the global quarterly and annual income tax provision under ASC 740, including related disclosures • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support tax-related audits and financial statement disclosures • Coordinate closely with internal business partners such as Accounting and FP&A to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing • Hold a key role in designing, improving, and implementing global tax processes to support a growing and complex business • Drive improvements in tax technology, data quality, and automation tools • Partner with external advisors and internal teams on value-added initiatives, including cash tax planning and M&A activity (acquisitions and integrations) • Research and analyze complex tax technical issues and clearly communicate conclusions to leadership • Mentor and develop members of a growing tax team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA required • 8+ years of federal tax experience, including a mix of Big 4 and in-house roles • Strong experience with income tax provision and ASC 740 • Solid knowledge of U.S. federal tax • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex tax issues • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for business partners • Able to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment • Interest in tax technology, automation, and process improvement
