📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate the construction and expansion of facilities at service stations • Represent Circle K Germany’s interests in all project phases • Manage diverse construction projects ranging from new-build motorway service areas and complete service station complexes to shop refurbishments and renewable energy projects • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget • Coordinate closely with site partners, architects, contractors, suppliers and internal departments • Participate in construction meetings and perform site acceptance inspections • Handle tendering and contract negotiations together with Procurement • Ensure compliance with all safety and legal requirements on site • Review and approve invoices in SAP / Ariba

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in engineering (e.g., Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience • Knowledge of public and private construction law, environmental law and applicable statutes and regulations • Experience in shopfitting, e‑mobility or charging infrastructure is an advantage • Enjoy leading complex construction projects • Willingness to take responsibility and drive initiatives forward • Strong solution orientation and structured way of working • Good to very good command of English • Proficient user of MS Office • Experience with SAP / Ariba desirable
