• Proven field sales experience, ideally in the areas of wine, fine foods, or premium FMCG • Strong affinity for Italian culinary culture • Experience collaborating with external sales partners (e.g., agencies) • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style • Strong communication skills and a confident manner when dealing with customers • Good English skills (required for collaboration with export managers and international partners) • Italian language skills are a clear advantage • Willingness to travel within your region
