FASE is a Europe-based impact finance advisory firm that helps impact-driven companies secure growth capital and connects them with a wide range of purpose-aligned investors. The firm provides transaction advisory, designs hybrid and innovative financing models, and leverages deep sector expertise and investor networks (from private investors and family offices to impact VCs, ethical banks, foundations and the public sector) to mobilize capital and scale social and environmental impact. FASE also runs programs, events and publishing (reports, case studies) to build the impact ecosystem and has facilitated around €100 million across roughly 110 transactions to date.

📋 Description

• Build and maintain a pipeline of social enterprises and impact startups in our CRM system. • Review pitch decks and financial plans from social enterprises and impact startups as part of our search and selection process. • Conduct initial calls and deep-dive conversations with impact startups and social enterprises, assessing business models and their social and environmental impact. • Manage the transaction process for funding rounds for social enterprises and impact startups (including structuring, coaching on preparation of investor materials, investor outreach, management presentations, and contract negotiations). • Moderate investor meetings as part of funding rounds. • Prepare and independently deliver workshops and webinars for social enterprises and impact startups. • Support the implementation of automation tools and artificial intelligence across the entire pipeline and transaction process.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in economics, business administration, or a related field. • At least 3 years of professional experience in venture capital, impact investing, corporate finance, management consulting, founding startups, or supporting social and/or environmental organizations. • Proven knowledge and experience with (impact) startups and their financing. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Confident presence, excellent communication skills, and strong presentation abilities. • Project management experience, strong execution orientation, and a structured way of working. • Affinity for and preferably experience with automation tools and artificial intelligence. • Excellent written and spoken German and English. • Professional proficiency with common MS Office applications. • High commitment, team orientation, and intrinsic motivation for social and environmental solutions. • Flexibility regarding business travel within Germany.
