📋 Description

• IT project management: planning, control and implementation of internal IT projects (e.g., system implementations, process digitization, integrations) • Coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers • Preparation of requirements, user stories and technical mapping • Reporting, documentation and support throughout all project phases • Application management: operation and further development of internal systems • Monitoring, troubleshooting and coordination of bug fixes • Release and change management • User and permission administration • Monitoring and continuous improvement of IT security measures • Support in implementing security standards • Collaboration with security teams on risk assessments, vulnerability analysis and incident handling • Ensuring data protection and compliance requirements • Support for identity and access management and permission concepts • Technical and functional consulting • Analysis of processes and identification of optimization needs • Translating business requirements into technical solutions • Supporting teams in the use of tools and systems • Ensuring data quality and system stability

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT project management or application management • Technical understanding of software architectures, APIs, databases and modern SaaS landscapes • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 or comparable systems • Knowledge of cybersecurity, data security and fundamental security concepts (e.g., IAM, encryption, Zero Trust) • Knowledge of cloud and security fundamentals (Azure, AWS, GDPR) • Advantageous: certifications such as ITIL, Scrum or project management (PM) • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style • Ability to communicate complex issues clearly • High level of self-organization and reliability • Proactive, service-oriented and team-oriented personality
