📋 Description

• Central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Actively maintain trusting relationships • Assess individual needs of clients and their employees • Service-oriented order processing for new and existing clients • Proactively communicate new benefits and developments • Provide strategic advice to clients and develop tailored benefits programs

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience in enterprise account management, project management, or customer success management • Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics • Experience in Compensation & Benefits • Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills, and assertiveness • Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner • Strong planning and organizational skills • Confident handling of commercial/business matters • Business-fluent German and English • Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
