• You act as the central interface between internal departments and clients • Build and maintain trusting relationships through proactive relationship management • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Support new and existing clients throughout all engagement processes • Proactively inform about new benefits and further developments • Actively shape the benefits portfolio — including innovative bonus models • Advise clients strategically • Develop tailored benefit programs • Identify improvement opportunities in existing systems to promote sustainable employee retention
• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Solid knowledge of HR and tax matters • Ideally experience in Compensation & Benefits • Strong service orientation • Empathy • Strong communication skills • Assertiveness • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style • Strong planning and organizational skills • Comfortable handling commercial topics • Business-fluent German and English • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
