📋 Description

• Development and implementation of the medical strategy for the rheumatology therapeutic area in alignment with the brand plan • Initiation and cultivation of close relationships with key opinion leaders in the rheumatology field • Scientific representation of the company at national and international congresses, investigator meetings and medical education events • Planning and conducting advisory boards, symposia and other medical events • Planning and execution of local non-interventional studies and scientific projects, including preparation of publications • Scientific point of contact and national representative for international study projects • Planning and delivery of internal and external training events • Management of the medical review and approval process • Close collaboration with members of the brand team and the in-field teams

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed medical or scientific/pharmaceutical university degree with a doctorate • At least 2 years of professional experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry • Ideally experience in the rheumatology/immunology therapeutic area (optional) • Strong team- and customer-orientation • Convincing and open communication with diverse stakeholders in an interdisciplinary environment • Very strong communication skills and pronounced social competence • High level of organizational talent, strategic thinking, flexibility and an independent working style • Demonstrated strength in project management • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Fluent English skills
