📋 Description

• work closely with customers, partners, and regional leaders in the Global Enterprise segment • develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth within the region • partner with Security Sales Leadership and demonstrate both technical and business excellence • lead and mentor a highly motivated sales engineering team • develop solutions using the breadth of our Cisco security portfolio • responsible for recruitment and development of team • performance management and development of team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering • 5+ years of working knowledge of the Cisco portfolio • demonstrated knowledge of the Cisco Security portfolio • working knowledge of the Splunk portfolio • 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers and/or technical sales professionals • demonstrated experience aligning go-to-market initiatives to trends in the Security industry • ability to articulate security architecture integrated with other technologies (cloud, networking, datacenter)
