📋 Description

• Delivering technical expertise and solutions to customers • Collaborating closely with sales, product, and marketing teams • Driving technical strategy to address cybersecurity challenges • Engaging directly with IT decision-makers • Translating complex cybersecurity technologies into approachable concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Cybersecurity Presales, Customer Success, Engineering, or Solution Architecture • Proven knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends • 1-3 years in a technical role such as solutions engineer, consultant, or customer success engineer • Solid understanding of Cybersecurity solutions, Networking basics, Industry terminology, markets, and customer needs • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience (preferred) • Proficient communication skills both verbally and written to effectively engage with diverse customers and teams • Ability to communicate complex technical topics effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNA, CCNA Security, CCNP Security or equivalent are a plus but not required.
