📋 Description

• Own the Cisco brand with customers and partners • Provide technical solutions addressing customer and partner business needs • Collaborate with account and sales teams to ensure customer success • Serve as a trusted technical advisor • Lead engagements with IT and decision-makers • Translate business needs into technical requirements • Manage the technical sales process from opportunity to closure • Increase revenue by converting closed opportunities into closed deals • Displace competitors and increase Cisco’s market share • Expand the customer base by increasing net new customers quarterly • Influence customer strategic planning • Provide active feedback on market opportunities and competitive tactics • Drive customer success by delivering tailored technical solutions and presentations • Support demand generation and enablement campaigns • Contribute to educational materials and share best practices internally

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 3 years of related experience • Demonstrated expertise in secure access, Duo multi-factor authentication, firewall management, networking, AI defense, and security technologies • Experience supporting and leading teams in a full remote environment, particularly within the segment in LATAM • Deep expertise in Cisco’s portfolio and technologies • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills • Experience in technical sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Ability to navigate complex customer environments and multi-architecture solutions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with Cisco’s internal sales processes and tools
