📋 Description

• Assess the risk factors of potential clients. • Assist with storing specific data elements, and policy issuance, while maintaining a strong working relationship with clients. • Evaluate the risk profiles of groups using EHS's machine learning/AI software to determine their viability and profitability. • Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to support underwriting decisions and contribute to risk modeling. • Work closely with other team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of program stacks and cost containment measures. • Organize and maintain data systems, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of data. • Provide research and analytical support to the account management team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Generally, 2-5 years of medical stop loss underwriting experience. • Must have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and integrate complex data. • Prior experience with risk assessments is preferred.
