📋 Description

• Help customers succeed with Cilium Enterprise • Engage assigned customer accounts to accelerate value realization by designing, implementing, and guiding production rollouts • Build deep technical relationships with key customer stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor • Conduct customer workshops on existing and new product capabilities • Bring customer domain knowledge to collaborate with engineering and support teams to unblock customer issues • Create workshops, training materials, reference architectures, product documentation, and other artifacts that provide customer value and deepen technology understanding • Help customers run reliable production workloads • Collaborate with engineering, partners, product, and marketing teams • Coach customers by distilling new concepts and technologies and presenting solutions and tradeoffs

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in advanced Kubernetes architectural components and their relationships • 3+ years of experience leading or critically supporting customer adoption of Kubernetes and auxiliary cloud-native technologies at scale in production environments • Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Demonstrated networking knowledge, including in-depth experience with Kubernetes networking • Knowledge of operating systems security guidelines and their application in cloud-native technologies • Experience embedding monitoring in designed solutions and understanding observability pillars • Experience designing enterprise-grade Kubernetes-based systems • Experience with Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) • Familiarity with automation tools and technologies for repetitive tasks • Ability to provide well-structured technical reasoning and insights about technologies in the CNCF landscape • Ability to make informed recommendations for cloud-native solutions based on technical and business needs • Additional language skills in German, French, and/or Arabic
