📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for financial management • Manage the finance team and oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and planning • Ensure compliance with funder, statutory, and regulatory requirements • Lead preparation of accurate and timely financial reports • Oversee organisational budgeting and forecasting • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls • Supervise and mentor finance staff

🎯 Requirements

• A recognised professional qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) • At least seven years post qualification experience • At least 3 years in a Head of Finance role • Strong written and verbal English skills • Experience in the non-profit sector • Comprehensive knowledge of institutional donor regulations and financial compliance standards • Experience in creating and leading training interventions for non-finance teams
