📋 Description

• Sell products to new and existing customers • Actively identify, approach, qualify, and inspire new customers about the technology • Conduct consultative sales conversations with customers and achieve agreed targets • Work in both inside and field sales • Co-organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and customer events • Maintain existing and develop new customer relationships • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to gather customer feedback • Support the continued expansion of the customer network and the Marketing and Sales departments

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biophysics, Molecular Biology, or a comparable field • Professional sales experience; experience with complex, consultative instruments is preferred (nice to have) • Strong persistence, communication, rhetorical, and presentation skills • Results-oriented and solution-focused approach to thinking and working • Independent, detail-oriented working style and willingness to take on responsibility • Hands-on mindset and willingness to play an active role in shaping the business • Excellent written and spoken German and English
