📋 Description

• Drive Sales Growth: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Clara's client base in the Northeast region. • Leverage Local Network: Utilize your existing relationships and deep understanding of the Recife business ecosystem—specifically among decision-makers in finance and operations—to generate high-quality leads. • Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and closing, ensuring a consistent and predictable flow of new partnerships. • Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their complex financial needs and providing tailored solutions via the Clara platform. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align local market insights with our broader growth strategy, using tools like Hubspot to track and optimize your impact. • Operational Excellence: Use Google Drive and automated workflows to maintain rigorous documentation and performance tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-growth sales environments (SaaS or Fintech preferred) • Local Expertise: Currently based in Recife with a strong, active network among finance leaders and key influencers in the region. • Communication: Working proficiency in English and Portuguese. • Execution: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex negotiations independently. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments and operate with high ownership. • Tech-Savvy: Experience or strong interest in using AI tools and automation (like N8N or Slack) to improve sales workflows. • Nice to haves: Independent analytical skills using spreadsheets, SQL, or Python. Basic proficiency in Spanish or a desire to learn. Prior experience using Amplemarket or Hubspot for outbound prospecting.
