📋 Description

• Own the entire tracking and attribution layer of the operation • Implement and adjust CRM event firing via CAPI directly in the code • Fix firing logic, incomplete payloads, and deduplication failures • Monitor event quality daily in Events Manager • Maintain and adjust Web GTM and Server-Side GTM containers on Stape • Configure tracking for new funnels, landing pages, and offers • Implement tracking for new channels, including Google Ads and TikTok, in Server-Side GTM and the CRM • Evaluate and recommend multichannel attribution tools • Document configurations, processes, and changes made • Optimize existing pages • Develop new pages • Evolve the infrastructure as new funnels and channels are tested • Ensure accurate and reliable data across media platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Strong practical proficiency in Node.js, including async/await, error handling, object and array manipulation, and external API consumption • Ability to read, understand, and modify existing code without rewriting it from scratch • Understanding of deployment impact: test before deploying and roll back when necessary • REST APIs: authentication, payloads, headers, and independent handling of responses and errors • Hashing and basic security: SHA-256 for user data normalization, as required by Meta CAPI • Familiarity with Firestore or another NoSQL database for reading and writing session data • Web GTM and Server-Side GTM: create and edit tags, triggers, and variables; independently use preview and debugging tools • Meta Conversions API (CAPI): payloads, Event Match Quality, pixel deduplication, and diagnostics in Events Manager • Tracking fundamentals: UTMs, first-party cookies, fbc/fbp, session attribution, and fingerprinting • Ability to debug complex tracking issues • Experience with at least one advertising platform in addition to Meta: Google Ads or TikTok • Technical autonomy and clear communication with technical and non-technical teams • Production experience with Stape or Server-Side GTM is a plus • Knowledge of RedTrack, Hyros, or Voluum is a plus • Experience with WhatsApp funnels and offline conversion attribution is a plus • Familiarity with Google Ads and TikTok Ads is a plus
