📋 Description

• Support the management and handling of the company’s portfolio of proceedings involving civil law, consumer law, and intellectual property. • Fulfill judicial, administrative, and law enforcement requests. • Support the management and handling of the company’s intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, and software registrations. • Contribute to the protection and enhancement of the value of the intellectual property portfolio. • Support the management and oversight of retained external law firms, ensuring technical quality, strategic alignment, and efficiency. • Manage, monitor, and continuously improve litigation and intellectual property KPIs, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. • Support the business on strategic legal matters and handle matters related to the practice area in a collaborative and remote work environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree. • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). • Specialization in Civil Procedure (required). • More than 3 years of experience in dispute resolution, including civil and consumer litigation. • Experience managing litigation portfolios and external law firms. • Experience managing intellectual property assets, including administrative proceedings before the Brazilian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) and court disputes. • Strong organization and discipline in managing deadlines. • Clear communication with non-legal stakeholders. • Autonomy and strong prioritization skills. • Business acumen and a data-driven mindset. • Collaborative approach. • Fluency in English is a plus. • Specialization in Intellectual Property is a plus.
