📋 Description

• Represent NWADV through the court-awarded attorneys’ fees enforcement team, handling proceedings in all Brazilian states • Review court publications, enter deadlines into the case management system, analyze cases, prepare reports, and meet deadlines • Update calculations and subsequently contact opposing counsel to resolve the dispute through settlement • Draft defenses, appeals, and various other legal submissions • Handle debt recovery actions, including enforcement proceedings, monitória actions, and collection lawsuits • Advance proceedings to facilitate recovery of the debt, including requesting SISBAJUD, RENAJUD, INFOJUD, SNIPER, and similar measures • Handle judgment enforcement proceedings, including preparing and challenging calculations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 18 months of active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) • Experience working at high-volume law firms • Proven experience handling debt recovery actions • Proficiency in judgment enforcement proceedings, including preparing and challenging calculations, securing guarantees, and filing challenges • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, specifically, intermediate Excel skills • Proficiency in drafting defenses, appeals, and various other legal submissions • Strong command of judgment enforcement proceedings, including preparing and challenging calculations • Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
