📋 Description

• Develop and evolve the core product using Ruby on Rails or Go to implement innovative features • Take a hands-on approach • Write high-quality code and implement AI solutions • Ensure quality through best practices and clean code • Integrate AI models to optimize processes • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team • Support developers’ growth and promote a culture of continuous learning • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and evolve architecture, processes, and technical solutions • Act as a bridge between developers and Engineering Managers • Ensure technical alignment, effective prioritization, and excellence in delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of backend development experience, preferably using Ruby on Rails or Go • Previous experience serving as a technical reference or Tech Lead on engineering teams • Strong command of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and efficient data modeling • Experience with Kubernetes and AWS • Solid knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog/Grafana) and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, or Kafka) • Proficiency in automated testing (RSpec or similar), SOLID principles, and design patterns • Experience developing scalable RESTful APIs and strong knowledge of Git/Linux • Familiarity with LLM integration, AI frameworks, or the development of data-driven features • Knowledge of PDF document processing is a plus • Knowledge of client-side frameworks (Vue.js) is a plus • Previous experience implementing AI projects at production scale is a plus
