📋 Description

• Manage video projects from assignment through completion • Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables • Perform QA on completed videos, including pacing, captions, audio, transitions, branding, and formatting • Provide clear, actionable revision feedback to video editors • Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients • Maintain organized project workflows and communication across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English • Exceptional attention to detail and organization • Strong project management and time-management skills • Experience in sales and/or account management • Confident and professional on prospective client calls • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment • Creative operations, video editing/QA, video production, agency, or performance marketing experience (preferred)
