📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of programs under Climate Challenges and ElectronVibe. • Ensure all program milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. • Liaise with startups, corporate partners, funding organizations, and other ecosystem players. • Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure program success and impact. • Work closely with startups participating in the programs to understand their needs, provide support, and connect them with relevant opportunities. • Manage and guide junior team members or program associates involved in program delivery. • Facilitate collaboration across teams to maintain alignment on goals and deliverables. • Prepare reports on program performance, insights, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders. • Analyse program data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in clean energy or industry decarbonisation sectors. • Exposure to startups, accelerators, or innovation ecosystems is a significant advantage. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs or projects with multiple stakeholders. • Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies. • Experience managing teams or leading initiatives. • Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities. • Passion for climate action, clean energy, and decarbonisation is a plus. • Understanding of startup dynamics, including funding, business models, and technology development is a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
