📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end startup sourcing process, identifying high-potential companies aligned with investment priorities. • Plan and organize pitch days, including outreach, coordination, and evaluation of participating startups. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, and other ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen the deal pipeline. • Manage and nurture investor relationships with VCs and angel investors, ensuring timely communication and alignment. • Oversee startup engagement processes, including maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and supporting founders as needed. • Conduct research assignments across sectors and investment themes. • Demonstrate a strong ability to work with numbers, financial data, and large datasets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. • Contribute to cross-functional tasks and organizational priorities as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in Climate Tech or Sustainability will be highly preferred. • Solid understanding of startup lifecycle stages, diligence processes, and investment evaluation. • Advanced Excel proficiency is required. • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Python will be an added advantage. • Strong documentation skills and the ability to develop and maintain structured processes. • 2–5 years of experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Incubators, or Accelerators is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field • Candidates with an MBA (Finance), CA, or those pursuing CA/CFA qualifications will be preferred.
