📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative – Remote. • Location: Remote (Philippines-Based). • Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time. • About CloseAbility: CloseAbility is a SaaS company revolutionizing how real estate and legal professionals manage distressed property transactions. • Our platform streamlines complex workflows, enabling professionals to close deals more efficiently and effectively. • At CloseAbility, we are proud of our strong Filipino roots—3 out of our 4 founders are Filipinos.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience as an SDR or BDR (required). • Bachelor’s Degree (required). • Experience in software sales and real estate sales is required. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects. • A proactive and goal-oriented approach with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets. • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for data management and reporting. • Experience using Go High Level or similar CRM platforms. • Familiarity with any phone system for sales outreach and customer engagement. • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a remote team.
