⢠Prospect, build, and maintain client relationships; conduct outreach; set meetings; close sales; and identify upselling opportunities to meet or exceed quotas. ⢠Serve as primary client contact, scope event requirements, manage timelines and milestones, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and oversee end-to-end event execution. ⢠Handle all client interactions before, during, and after events, including technical questions, billing, status updates, and post-event feedback. ⢠Maintain accurate sales and project documentation, contracts, client reports, billing events, and lessons learned while ensuring data is properly tracked and filed. ⢠Develop, document, and refine processes, stay current on technology, oversee equipment logistics, and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
đŻ Requirements
⢠5+ years of B2B sales experience in hospitality, telecommunications, or internet services. ⢠Proven ability to contact, set appointments, and sell to prospects. ⢠Goal-driven, with persistence to achieve and exceed targets. ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ⢠Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). ⢠Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a fast-paced organization. ⢠Strong ethical and professional conduct, with a commitment to transparency and integrity.
