📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, with a primary focus on contact center and high-volume hiring. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and talent strategies. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels. • Drive an efficient, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance to identify opportunities for improvement. • Support recruitment process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Mentor, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to one direct report. • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, talent market insights, and hiring trends. • Own the Onboarding Process, driving early engagement, performance readiness, and successful integration into the organization • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company hiring practices. • Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments. • Experience recruiting for contact center, customer support, service desk, technical support, or operations-based roles. • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success creating and managing recruiting processes. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. • Experience mentoring, training, or leading other recruiters or recruiting coordinators.
