📋 Description

‱ Manage full-cycle recruitment, with a primary focus on contact center and high-volume hiring. ‱ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and talent strategies. ‱ Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple channels. ‱ Drive an efficient, positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. ‱ Monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring performance to identify opportunities for improvement. ‱ Support recruitment process optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. ‱ Mentor, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to one direct report. ‱ Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, talent market insights, and hiring trends. ‱ Own the Onboarding Process, driving early engagement, performance readiness, and successful integration into the organization ‱ Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company hiring practices. ‱ Other responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

‱ 2+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume hiring environments. ‱ Experience recruiting for contact center, customer support, service desk, technical support, or operations-based roles. ‱ Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. ‱ Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success creating and managing recruiting processes. ‱ Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies. ‱ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. ‱ Experience mentoring, training, or leading other recruiters or recruiting coordinators.
