📋 Description

• Build, review, and maintain mission-critical production systems, primarily in Go • Help evolve DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation • Set standards for reliability, security, and observability, ensuring features perform at scale • Manage technical debt and make architectural trade-offs aligned with business growth • Design proofs-of-concept and support complex client integrations • Collaborate with Product teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to design and develop platform features • Lead technical mentorship through code reviews, design documents, and hands-on support for global teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating complex software systems at scale • Mastery of Go (Golang), including idiomatic, concurrent, and performant code • Cloud-native proficiency with Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or CloudFormation • Deep AWS or GCP experience, including managed services, networking, and cloud security • Strong distributed systems background, including microservices, asynchronous messaging, and data consistency • Proven CI/CD automation and observability stack experience, such as New Relic, Prometheus, or ELK • Ability to explain complex technical roadmaps confidently to non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation pipelines, and model quality/reliability techniques is preferred • Experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Python, Ruby on Rails, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, Postgres, GitHub Actions, Grafana, AWS, GCP, or Azure is indicated in the current technology stack
