📋 Description
• Lead the Core HCM Domain for country-based teams • Support country-based teams in delivering Workday Core HCM solutions • Oversee project execution within the country Core HCM team • Manage and mentor team members • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in Workday • Workday Implementer Certification • Strong hands-on (SME) experience in Workday Core HCM implementations • Good understanding of other domain areas • Ability to engage with HR, IT and payroll teams
