• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle • Build a robust pipeline of technical experts across South Africa, the UK, Mauritius, and beyond • Rapidly source and deploy contractors for project-based team augmentation • Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in technical recruitment • Deep understanding of Data Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps, and Platform Engineers • Technical tertiary qualifications • Existing, active network of technical professionals and contractors ready to go • Understanding of the South African market and global regions, including compliance and salary expectations
