📋 Description

• Drive team impact by fostering high technical productivity and reliability. • Cultivate a healthy, results-driven, and collaborative team culture. • Represent the team in engineering-wide planning, initiatives, and processes. • Partner with Product Managers and Designers to shape our technical roadmap and solve problems that improve the patient and doctor experience. • Set and communicate clear team objectives that align with Counterpart's company goals and roadmap. • Lead hiring, development, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.

🎯 Requirements

• You have technical leadership experience managing teams of 3+ engineers. • You have a strong background in system design and proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Java. • You have a track record of leading development projects while creating opportunities for others to grow into leadership roles. • You have experience in fast-paced environments, making quick, strategic decisions under competing constraints. • You have a proven ability to successfully deliver complex web applications and services. • You are adaptable and able to work across various technical systems and concerns.
