• You have technical leadership experience managing teams of 3+ engineers. • You have a strong background in system design and proficiency in general-purpose programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Java. • You have a track record of leading development projects while creating opportunities for others to grow into leadership roles. • You have experience in fast-paced environments, making quick, strategic decisions under competing constraints. • You have a proven ability to successfully deliver complex web applications and services. • You are adaptable and able to work across various technical systems and concerns.
