📋 Description

• work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to build robust systems • guide the development of backend, infrastructure, and intelligence layers • partner with a platform lead on technical direction • facilitate technical strategy and roadmaps • oversee the team building processes and incident management • create meaningful social products that connect people

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering (ideally backend, platform, or infrastructure) • 2+ years of engineering management experience • experience sourcing and hiring engineers • ability to support a team of 6+ engineers through coaching and career pathing • proficiency with modern AI tooling • strong written and verbal communication skills • willingness to work in fast-paced environments
