• Drive the development of activities related to the distribution and digital monetization of content produced by media brands • Manage and optimize existing partnerships • Lead prospecting and negotiations with major global digital players • Develop B2B content distribution • Build commercial offers, business models and pricing policies • Coordinate internal stakeholders and monitor the performance of implemented initiatives
• Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital partnerships/business development (media, platforms, agencies…) • Experience in content distribution and/or monetization, ideally with mechanisms such as neighboring (related) rights or content licensing/re-use by platforms • Strong negotiation skills and a strategic understanding of the issues between publishers and global digital players; comfortable handling legal matters in coordination with specialized teams • Good knowledge of media, platforms and emerging use cases (aggregators, search engines, AI/LLMs), analytical mindset, autonomy and results orientation
