📋 Description

• Provide customer support, implementation project services, and professional services for mid-sized and large enterprise clients, serving as the liaison between the customer and the company • Assist customers with questions and address issues related to products and services, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction • Manage support and implementation Work Items (WIs), analyzing requests, making adjustments and additions, and gathering evidence with analysts • Monitor and direct Development requests, ensuring clear requirements and alignment across teams • Control deliverables, track deadlines, organize requests, and support priority setting • Perform regression and acceptance testing, and monitor deliverable validation before requests are closed • Train and guide teams and customers on features, processes, and deliverables • Set up environments for new contracts, import customer-provided data, perform testing, and conduct initial training • Support and cover for analysts during vacations, overlapping training sessions, or as needed • Conduct specialized training for teams and customers • Train and provide support to the Support team • Participate in process improvement, innovation, and development initiatives involving the department’s processes, solutions, and practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field • Extensive customer service experience in technical support • Experience supporting users of business systems, preferably ERP systems • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills • Persistence, resilience, self-directed learning, and empathy • Initiative, customer focus, respect for diversity, and commitment to equality • Knowledge of business operations (Back Office) • Willingness to travel and work on-site at customer locations • AI courses or certifications are a plus • Ability to understand the use of tools and build AI agents is a plus
