• Search & shortlist daily projects on Upwork. • Draft personalised, high-converting proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks • Support SEO efforts while designing pitch decks and other graphic using AI tools • Hits bid-volume & response-rate targets; update Google Sheets/CRM. • Own first-touch client chat and pricing strategy with Senior Bidder. • Accurately relay requirements to PM/dev teams.
🎯 Requirements
• 6–12 mo proven bidding success on the Upwork. • Fluent English (written & verbal). • Solid grasp of IT services • Portfolio of pitch decks or proposals that closed ≥$5k projects. • Comfortable with AI writing/design tools and basic SEO.
