• Atender a los clientes mediante los diferentes canales • Atender los requerimientos y reclamos, asesorando y gestionando dichas solicitudes de acuerdo a los procedimientos y políticas establecidas • Garantizar un servicio de calidad, poniendo en práctica sus conocimientos • Asociar cada interacción de los clientes a una excelente experiencia • Cumplir funciones puntuales de acuerdo al puesto para el control de procesos
• Experiencia demostrable de 2 años en atención y soporte al cliente • Estudios técnicos/universitarios culminados o en los últimos ciclos de Administración, Comunicaciones, servicio/atención al público y/o afines • Conocimiento de manejo de plataformas de soporte (CRM de comunicación) • Excelente redacción y ortografía • Disponibilidad para laborar 40 horas semanales (turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo) • Experiencia en ventas online • Cumplimiento de KPI's estratégicos • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo • Conocimiento y manejo en Google Suite
