📋 Description

• Act as Monday.com Solutions Architect and Implementation Manager for Monday.com projects • Lead client calls and conduct kickoff calls • Determine what needs to be built within Monday.com • Design and build client Monday.com platforms and baseline integrations • Manage projects and set milestone dates with clients • Build and implement systems • Run client training meetings • Expand licenses where applicable • Manage implementations and collaborate with junior support members

🎯 Requirements

• Monday.com solutions architect experience building the architecture • Monday.com experience with automations, integrations, and CRMs • Experience running Monday.com projects and end-user training • Experience acting as Monday.com Solutions Architect and Implementation Manager for Monday.com projects • Experience leading client calls and kickoff calls • Experience determining what needs to be built within Monday.com • Experience designing and building Monday.com platforms and baseline integrations • Experience managing projects, setting milestone dates with clients, and building systems • Experience running client training meetings • Experience expanding licenses where applicable • Experience managing implementations and working with junior support members • Monday.com certification is good to have • Video and audio setup for client video calls is good to have • Experience with Make, Zapier, and N8N • Full-time availability for 40 hours/week • English resume required and CEFR English proficiency level must be provided • 1-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom, required • Must work CST time zone
