📋 Description

• Connect new suppliers’ inventory systems to autoparts.com so their products can be displayed and ordered • Test each connection and confirm inventory is visible and accessible • Adapt the onboarding process to suppliers with different systems and ordering processes • Work through onboarding and testing independently • Complete the required English proficiency submission, Coconut VA profile, and introduction video as part of the application

🎯 Requirements

• Experience connecting new suppliers’ inventory systems to autoparts.com • Ability to test connections and confirm inventory is visible and accessible • Ability to adapt onboarding to suppliers with different systems and ordering processes • Confidence connecting systems and handling supplier onboarding • Quick turnaround without sacrificing quality • Diligence and ability to work through onboarding and testing independently • Web or front-end development experience is good to have • Database structuring and maintenance experience is good to have • Broader back-end or IT administration skills are good to have • Google Workspace management experience is good to have • API integration experience • Familiarity with Nexpart would be valuable • CEFR English proficiency level must be provided in the application • Resume must follow the Coconut VA Profile Template and be in English • 1-minute introduction video, preferably using Loom, with a working link
