📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align with Oracle EBS HRMS functionalities. • Configure and support modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME. • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users. • Design, create, and modify database objects such as views, tables, functions, APIs, and user hooks. • Troubleshoot and resolve system and database-related issues; implement new validations when required. • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth system operation and accurate HR data flow. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Techno-Functional role). • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS configuration and technical development (PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces). • Proven ability to translate business needs into efficient system processes. • Experience in database troubleshooting and performance tuning. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
