âą Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to align with Oracle EBS HRMS functionalities. âą Configure and support modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Self-Service, Performance Management, and AME. âą Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users. âą Design, create, and modify database objects such as views, tables, functions, APIs, and user hooks. âą Troubleshoot and resolve system and database-related issues; implement new validations when required. âą Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth system operation and accurate HR data flow. âą Develop and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and enhancements.
âą Minimum 9 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Techno-Functional role). âą Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS configuration and technical development (PL/SQL, APIs, interfaces). âą Proven ability to translate business needs into efficient system processes. âą Experience in database troubleshooting and performance tuning. âą Excellent communication and collaboration skills. âą Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
