📋 Description

• Own the talent acquisition function end to end • Ensure strong candidate pipeline and throughput • Improve employer brand and candidate experience • Lead and grow the talent team • Partner with leadership to align hiring with company goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including leading a recruiting team through significant growth • Built or rebuilt a hiring process • Strong data-driven leadership • High standards for quality of hire • Strong people management skills • Excellent partnership with executives and hiring managers • Ability to leverage AI in recruiting
