📋 Description

• Identify opportunities where Data Science can create measurable business impact and design, build, and deploy Machine Learning solutions • Develop forecasting and optimization solutions to support complex business and operational decisions • Apply rigorous experimentation and causal inference techniques to validate hypotheses and measure business impact • Explore and develop solutions leveraging Large Language Models and Generative AI where applicable • Collaborate with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to deliver production-grade solutions following MLOps best practices • Continuously monitor, experiment, and iterate on models to improve performance and business outcomes • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to the Data Science practice through knowledge sharing, technical reviews, reproducibility, and engineering best practices • Work within multidisciplinary product teams alongside Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field • 3+ years of experience developing Machine Learning or advanced analytics solutions in production environments • Strong programming skills in Python and SQL • Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning • Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Engineers, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders • Experience with Optimization or Operations Research is nice to have • Strong knowledge of Time Series Forecasting is nice to have • Experience with Causal Inference and Experimentation is nice to have • Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI is nice to have • Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices is nice to have • Experience working with large-scale digital products is nice to have • Previous experience in industries involving high-volume, complex operational or transactional data is nice to have
