📋 Description

• Design and conduct statistical modeling and analysis based on business-level problem specifications • Lead experimentation and A/B testing to evaluate business hypotheses and inform decision-making • Perform ad hoc and deep-dive analytics to answer business questions, uncover insights, and identify opportunities • Analyze complex raw datasets with analytical rigor and explainability • Define KPIs, reporting workflows, dashboards, and data visualizations • Translate analytical results into insights through interactive dashboards or custom web applications • Communicate technical concepts, findings, and data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into analyses, experiments, and recommendations • Gather stakeholder requirements, conduct technical due diligence, and design analytical solutions • Work autonomously across the end-to-end analytics lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on priorities, methodology, and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English • Proven industry experience developing predictive or inferential statistical models OR a Master’s/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar quantitative field • 4+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, or analytical roles • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to interface with each component in the full pipeline from data ingestion to insight • Hands-on experience with data analysis • Practical experience with experimentation/A/B testing • Experience with data visualization tools • Ability to work with strong autonomy, managing analyses end-to-end • Strong communication skills, able to engage directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into analytical work
