📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership and define project architecture • Select and establish technologies • Ensure coding, architecture, and best-practice standards • Choose frameworks and libraries that are appropriate for the business in the short and long term • Ensure environment security and prioritize scalability • Identify technical gaps and promote training, specialization courses, and knowledge development • Mentor the team and support career development • Foster an environment of innovation and technical excellence • Understand business requirements • Remove technical and bureaucratic blockers that hinder progress • Collaborate on project development and prevent unfeasible deadlines • Improve CI/CD processes, test automation, and deployments • Explain complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Participate in product development decisions, ensuring technical feasibility • Communicate technical and business risks to management

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large teams • Strong communication skills • In-depth knowledge of AI is a plus • Experience and expertise in technical leadership and architecture • Knowledge of how to select and establish technologies, frameworks, and libraries • Knowledge of coding, architecture, and best-practice standards • Knowledge of environment security and scalability • Ability to identify technical gaps and promote training • Ability to understand business requirements • Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, and deployments • Ability to explain complex technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Contractor engagement (PJ) • Availability to work full time
